Notes:
(1) Additional exam fee is payable to the RYA examiner on the day, currently £170.
(2) Using your own boat. Boat must be suitably equipped.
(3) Half-day is for the test only. If tuition is required please contact us. Licence issue fee is additional £35 or free to RYA members.
(4) If taking the optional examination on the 5th day, an additional fee, currently £149, is payable to the RYA examiner on the day.
(5) Price for instructor with 2 students. Extra students: add £15 per person per day. Plus: food, lifejackets, berthing fees, fuel. Boat must be at least 24ft long and be suitably equipped.

Practical courses run from March to November.
Low season prices are March and November.
Prices (except own boat tuition) are per person and include:
4:1 student:instructor ratio, berthing fees, fuel, lifejacket loan, accommodation on-board yacht, food and drinks.
Sailing waterproofs are available to hire at £10 for 2 or 3-day course and £15 for 5-day course.
