Jane Parkinson is a Fellow of the CIPD and a specialist in people development with wide ranging team, leadership development and coaching experience across a number of organisations. She has implemented successful ‘people’ projects and positively driven change throughout businesses - resulting in increased performance and freshly focused teams.
Jane has extensive expertise throughout the private and public sectors having developed various Team, Management Development and Coaching programmes for a number of key players in the market that include Zurich Financial Services, Transport for London, LloydsTSB, Thomson Reuters, Peverel and Middlesex University and the NHS.

John Challener is an RYA Yachtmaster Instructor with over 40 years sailing experience and 20 years experience as a professional engineer in a FTSE 100 company. John has been skippering and instructing groups since he founded Christchurch Yachting 8 years ago.

The Captains Club is a 4 star hotel with the very best in meeting and conference facilities. Our riverside conference suite provides a perfect environment for conferences and training seminars.
The waterside suites can be used as one conference venue or as two smaller meeting rooms (Port & Starboard suites) and benefit from natural daylight. You can be assured of the highest level of service in a focused atmosphere. Weather permitting, refreshments and breaks can be taken outside on the riverside terrace and our beautiful contemporary bedrooms can be booked for over night accommodation.
