We can run events for Team-building, Staff Reward Days, and Client Entertainment, for any size of group between 4 and 40 people.

An example of a corporate day for a group of 10 to 14 clients, would be two Bavaria 38 yachts based at Lymington. These can be used for informal racing in The Solent and lunchtime stops can be made in harbours such as Cowes or Yarmouth, or anchored together in a bay for lunch on-board. Prices are from £650 per yacht, to include skipper, tea/coffee and berthing. Catering can be provided on-board for £15 per person. Tailored menus and itineraries can be provided to suit your requirements.

Team-building

For upto 6 people:

Bring your team to the Captains Club Hotel, a modern stylish 5-star waterfont hotel in Christchurch. . Our yacht is conveniently moored outside the hotel, so there is no travelling time wasted.

Your team can board our yacht for the sail through Christchurch Harbour and into Christchurch Bay. The yacht is a 32-foot Beneteau Oceanis with commercial skipper. Team-building activities can be organised by the skipper, including spinnaker sailing if weather conditions permit.

For 7 to 14 people:

As above, but a fast RIB will accompany the yacht, so that

for dinner and overnight stay, followed by breakfast and Yachting is widely regarded as an ideal method of team-building. If you have a team of people who need to work together, then you can maximise their efficiency and synergy by improving their team-work. Yachting provides an ideal catalyst to get your team working together. On-board they will have to work as a team just to sail the yacht from A to B. We will discuss your requirements and tailor the event to achieve your objectives. Our experienced skipper will set tasks that will challenge your team at whatever level you wish. For example, within the team-building day, we can emphasise communication, leadership, planning, or pressure, to push your team to achieve their goals.

However, perhaps your team have already proved themselves, in which case a Staff Reward Day may be more appropriate…….

Reward your staff with a positive and active day on the water. Sailing can be relaxing whilst at the same time it will strengthen and bond the team.

Client Entertainment

Entertain your clients with a luxury day aboard our yacht. You and your clients can take part in sailing the yacht, or sit back and leave it to our capable skipper. As with all our events, this can be tailored to suit your requirements. Your clients are a captive audience on the yacht. Add our good quality food and drinks and an exciting sail, and we will give you a successful day that your clients will remember.
